Jim’s music television career began in 1991 at the New Orleans Jazzfest. His big break would come just 4 years later in 1995 when he served as a producer for the TBS series “Live From The House Of Blues”. In that role, Jim oversaw all production elements and editing for domestic and international versions of the show. Artists included Hootie & The Blowfish, Sheryl Crowe, Dave Matthews Band, Blues Traveler and The Allman Brothers Band.

Throughout the remainder of the 90’s, Jim went on to work on projects for The Band, Dr. John, Farm-Aid VII, The New Orleans Jazzfest, Avalon, Nichole Nordeman, ’96 Summer Olympic Concert Specials (21), Tito Puente, George Clinton, Al Green, Jerry Lee Lewis, Oleta Adams, Iyanla VanZant, Howard Hewitt and The Blues Brothers for VH-1.

Fast forward to 2005, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Jim executive produced a 2-hour live PAX-TV special “Gospel Angels – A Concert To Restore Hope” from Centennial Park in Atlanta. This concert featured BeBe & CeCe Winans, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond, Third Day and Newsong.

In 2006, Jim served as producer of a series of 2-hour TBN specials for
Christian Cultural Center in New York. In 2007, he produced 53 episodes of the A.R. Bernard program that aired on Family Net.

In 2008, he executive produced the PBS HD documentary “Fats Domino:
Walkin’ Back To New Orleans”, a tribute to the rock and roll legend that
includes his last and perhaps final concert performance.

In addition to concert productions, he has produced and executive produced scores of sports magazine programs as well as inspirational programming on an international level. From working with N.Y. Times best selling author Bruce Wilkinson to Pastor A.R. Bernard, George Foreman, author and evangelist Ron Hutchcraft, Patti LaBelle and many others, Jim is an executive producer who knows how to deliver engaging video productions at the highest level.
