Chrishelle Colgan
Creative Services Director / Producer / Writer / Editor / Web Designer

Chrishelle joined LAE Productions in August of 2002 and serves as a full-time Producer and Creative Services Director. She currently produces “Issues & Faith” for the Archdiocese of New Orleans, “Faith in Practice,” a nationally syndicated religious program for Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn, NY, “New Orleans Living,” “Zurich Classic of New Orleans: Inside the Ropes” for Cox Sports Television and anything else that is thrown her way. She traveled to Washington, DC and New York City in 2008 to cover Pope Benedict XVI’s first visit to the United States. She has interviewed many people, including Mike Nawrocki, who is the voice of Larry the Cucumber of the “Veggie Tales” fame, New Orleans Chef Leah Chase, ‘Soul Queen’ Irma Thomas, Artist George Rodrigue and Tulane University President Scott Cowen. After Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, Chrishelle was called to Atlanta, GA to help with “Gospel Angels: A Concert to Restore Hope.” This live concert, put on by the Gospel Music Channel, aired nationally on Pax to aid victims of the storm and featured such recording artists as CeCe and BeBe Winans, Yolanda Adams and Third Day. In her years at LAE, she has produced shows and feature packages for Entergy, LSU and the University of New Orleans and completed a 13-part series for the Archdiocese of New Orleans.

As the Creative Services Director for the company, Chrishelle oversees the creation of print ads and promotions. She also is in charge of the design and upkeep of numerous websites, including the one for LAE Productions, and updates the WLAE Facebook page and Twitter. Chrishelle also is an on-air reporter and host, serves as an editor from time to time and directs studio production when needed.
